Data Deletion Instructions

Requesting deletion
To request deletion of your account data, or any data FINTY has stored from a connected Facebook Page, Instagram account, or Google Ads account, email fintyerp@gmail.com from the email address associated with your workspace, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
What gets deleted
We will delete your workspace's stored data, including any Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads connection tokens, synced posts, campaigns, and account records, from our systems within 30 days of a verified request. Data already reflected in financial or tax records we're legally required to retain may be kept as required by law.
Disconnecting a connected account
You can disconnect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or Google Ads account at any time from Settings without contacting support. This immediately revokes FINTY's access and stops any further data sync from that account.
Confirmation
Once your deletion request is processed, we'll send a confirmation email to the address you contacted us from.
