Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account, including team members you invite. Notify us promptly at fintyerp@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Subscription, trial & billing

• FINTY offers tiered plans starting at ₹799/month (or ₹7,990/year, billed annually). See the pricing page for current rates.
• New workspaces get a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start a trial.
• At the end of the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription. If you add a payment method, billing begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel first.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly, matching your chosen cycle) until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. FINTY does not store your card, UPI or bank account details. Razorpay handles that per its own security standards.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens to amounts already charged.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use FINTY to send unsolicited or unlawful messages (including via the WhatsApp integration, which must also comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy), to store data you don't have the right to store, to reverse-engineer or resell the Service, or to interfere with its normal operation.

4. Your data

Leads, customers, invoices, employee records and other business data you enter remain yours. We process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to store and process any personal data (e.g. customer or employee information) you put into FINTY.

5. Google Ads connector (optional)

If you choose to connect your own Google Ads account, FINTY can read campaign data from it and, only when you explicitly ask via the Claude connector, create new campaign content, always in a paused state, never enabled automatically. You remain solely responsible for your Google Ads account, its spend, and reviewing anything created before turning it on. This feature is also subject to Google Ads' own terms and, where you use Claude to access it, Anthropic's own terms of service. Connecting is optional and you can disconnect at any time from Settings.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FINTY is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive use, or remain unpaid after a reasonable grace period following a failed renewal. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice before they take effect.
